Aged for a minimum of 20 months in Maison Mumm's cellars, this wine is ideal as an aperitif amongst friends or as a lazy Sunday brunch
Ingredients
90ml Mumm Cordon Rouge
30ml White peach puree
Method
1. In a chilled flute, fill 1/3 of the flute with white peach puree
2. Fill the rest of the flute with Mumm Cordon Rouge
3. Stir gently
4. Drink!
