
Glenfiddich Whisky Sour

The classic Whisky Sour uses just four ingredients – whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white (or chickpea brine for the vegans in the house). Using Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Single Malt, the whisky’s green apple notes and characteristics brings out the freshness and fruitiness that is synonymous with the Speyside region of north-eastern Scotland.
Ingredients
50ml Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Whisky
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
½ fresh egg white or 30ml Aquafaba (chickpea brine)
Method
1. Add all ingredients to shaker
2. First shake without ice, then hard shake with ice
3. Strain into iced glass or coupette
4. Garnish with lemon wedge and cherry (omit garnish if using a coupette)
5. Drink!
