Bacardi Daiquiri

Zingy, light and fresh but also complex, Mr Jennings Cox, an American Engineer, created this cocktail in 1898 in the town of Daiquiri, Cuba. For more than 120 years, the Classic Bacardi Daiquiri has been an iconic accompaniment to good times, good company and good music.
Ingredients
50mL Bacardi Carta Blanca
25mL Fresh Lime Juice
2tsp Caster Sugar
Method
1. Add Sugar and Lime Juice to Cocktail shaker and stir until sugar dissolves
2. Add Bacardi Carta Blanca
3. Fill shaker with cubed ice
4. Place lid on shaker and shake vigorously until chilled
5. Pour through fine strainer into glass filled with ice
6. Drink!
