Boulevardier

Employing whiskey, sweet vermouth and amaro, the Boulevardier is simply a variation on the classic Negroni that is adored for its deft balance of bitter, boozy and sweet
Ingredients
30mL 78º Australian Whiskey
30 mL 78º Bitter Orange (or Amaro)
30 mL 78º Rosso Vermouth (or Sweet Vermouth)
1 Orange twist or wedge
Method
1. Add the Whiskey, Amaro and Sweet Vermouth into a mixing glass and add ice
2. Stir well until chilled, approx 10-20 seconds
3. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
4. Garnish with the orange twist or wedge
5. Drink!
