Le Petit Rose Watermelon Sangria

Le Petit is Australia's unique interpretation of French Rose varietal.
Ingredients
3 cups Cubed Watermelon
0.5 bottle JC Le Petit Rose
1/4 cup Absolut Vodka
1/4 cup Cointreau
60mL Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Soda Water
Ice
Method
1. Add 2 cups of Watermelon in a blender, blitz to liquid, strain, discard pulp
2. In a pitcher add Watermelon Juice, Le Petit Rose, Absolut Vodka, Cointreau & Lemon Juice
3. Divide 1 cup cubed watermelon into 4 glasses with ice
4. To serve, pour Sangria into glasses and top with Soda Water
5. Drink!
