Midori Splice

Midori was launched in the United States in 1978 and with a party at the famous nightclub Studio 54, attended by the stars of Saturday Night Fever. So we're talking John Travolta sipping on green sweet melon juice while shaking his hips!
Ingredients
30mL Midori Melon Liqueur
30mL Coconut Bati Rum
90mL Chilled Pineapple juice
2 TBS Thickened Cream
Ice
Pineapple Wedge
Method
1. Combine the Midori, Coconut Bati rum and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until combined
2. Strain into a cocktail glass
3. Spoon over thickened cream
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge
5. Drink!
