It's over a century old! The Negroni was created in Italy, likely in the early 1900s. The story goes, Count Camillo Negroni asked a bartender to strengthen his favorite cocktail, the Americano—created using vermouth, Campari and club soda—and the Negroni was born. Quality Gin is an essintail ingrediant along with Campari & sweet vermouth.
Ingredients
30mL Patient Wolf Melbourne Dry
30mL Maidenni Sweet Vermouth
30mL Campari
1 Slice of Ruby Grapefruit
Method
1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass
2. Stir briefly with Ice
3. Strain over a large block of ice
4. Garnish with Ruby Grapefruit twist
5. Drink!
