Rhubarb Pie Fizz

Ingredients
30mL Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
10mL Lemon Juice
50mL Apple Juice
Prosecco
Slices of Apple
Method
1. Into a cocktail shaker add the Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin, Apple & Lemon Juices
2. Add add and shake!
3. Pour into a flute glass and top with Prosecco
4. Garnish with slices of Apple
5. Drink!
