Tasting Notes	Maple syrup, vanilla and lemon curd on the nose supported by hints of dried fruit, rye and toasty, charred American oak. Tasting brings the vanilla, dried fruit and lemon citrus characters to the fore together with an enticing almond note. The oak contributes to a smooth medium texture, finishing with a pleasant, balanced bitterness.
